Wye Gin uses locally sourced Heather and Botanicals from the Peak District Moors and Dales with the soul purpose of capturing the Earthy and floral notes of their much loved Peak District National Park. 95% of the worlds Gin is Grape or Grain based where as Wye Gin uses Molasses as the base from a recipe dating back to 1650 allowing their Gin to have a mellow and rounded flavour. 
Serve with a Mediterranean tonic and slice of Orange or Cucumber to compliment the Heather or simply drink it neat with a frozen berry of your choice.
