Yes just enter the name and address of the person you want us to deliver to in the 'Shipping Address' section when you have chosen item(s) in your cart.

To redeem a discount code, you will need to ensure that a valid code is entered into the ‘Discount Code’ box that appears at the bottom of your shopping basket and press ‘Apply’.

Yes a personalised gift message service is available on all orders free of charge.

Yes gift-wrap is available on all items with our cost starting at £3.50.

At present, we only have our ‘economy’ delivery option available at a cost of £5.99.

Our current estimated lead time on deliveries is up to 3-5 working days after the order is placed. However, in most cases, delivery is completed much sooner.

If your parcel is visibly wet or damaged, you should refuse to accept the goods and request for the courier to have it returned to us. You should contact us immediately if this happens.
If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box/contents and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.

Our courier DPD will send you an email with tracking information as each order is dispatched. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery and see where your parcel is currently held.
If you click on the link in the email it will redirect you to the couriers website for a live view on your order.
