Awful service

"I ordered these on a Monday, paid for next day delivery and had a party on Saturday. They arrived to be delivered a week later so after the party. I tried to contact the company through the website but my email has gone unanswered. I have refused delivery and asked for them to be sent back but every day DPD turn up to deliver them. Really poor that the company has taken my money, had no intention of delivering in lines with their own terms and now won’t take the product back, respond to me or refund me."
