Product OK but deivery not so good

"Ordered product on a Friday and paid for next working day delivery. When it hadn't arrived by 4pm on the Monday I checked tracking and saw that 'your order can no longer be delivered'. Had no received any notification that it was on it's way, or of a failed delivery and someone had been in in all day anyway. Emailed customer service and had no response. Then on the Tuesday got notification that product was at the depot for delivery and it arrived on the Wednesday. Still no response or explanation from Customer Service. ."
