This Amarone grappa is made through the distillation of dried pomace from Corvina, Molinari, and Rondinella grapes, grown in Valpolicella. It was aged for a minimum of 12 months in French oak barrels and displays notes of raisin, soft and juicy apricots, a dusting of cinnamon and subtle hints of vanilla.
