"Tasted this for the first time on draft in The Wainwright in Keswick and loved it. Threshers looks like one of the very few places that stock it. All good with the delivery apart from inner case must have been dropped sometime before boxing up - one can was dented & had lost about two-thirds of content. What was left had spoiled. At least there’s another 23 cans to work through 👍"

Damaged on arrival

"When the items came the outer box looked ok but the inner box was squashed wet and damaged inside the plastic bag that covered it. Out of 48 cans at least 13 were split and leaking and every other can was dented. The outer box was much bigger than the inner so obviously when being transported from threshers to me the box was thrown around and because the inner box had no support it got damaged. When I emailed threshers I explained and sent pictures and the only reply I got was ( sorry to hear it didn’t reach you in perfect condition but we’ll give to a refund as we can’t guarantee a replacement will get to you in perfect condition) If this is the case then why sell items you can’t quarantine to get to the customer in perfect condition. Maybe look at the way it’s packaged. I certainly won’t be ordering from threshers again. It took ages to clear the mess up that this caused. Also thought the reply was poor as it gave the impression that they don’t want to solve the problem to makes sure you get things in perfect condition"
