The Whistler Dark Symphony is an Irish blended whiskey that will take you on an imaginary trip to the world of this award-winning brand. It is a whiskey like from another world, which will pleasantly surprise you with a unique finish in the N.E.O.C (New Era Oak Cask) cognac casks.

The N.E.O.C process includes manual cleaning and toasting of the barrel boards in order to highlight the spicy oak tones harmoniously blended with the candied fruit flavour obtained after the cognac. This whiskey is triple distilled for extra smoothness. Blend contains 20% Irish single malt and 80% Irish grain whiskey, matured for the first 3-4 years in first-filled bourbon barrels and then finally aged for at least 12 months in VSOP cognac barrels.
