Dry vermouth features Essex gooseberries, Hampshire Bramley skins highlighted with cardamom, coriander & a touch of word wood before finishing with a Dulwich honey on a South Downs Bacchus base. It is a collaboration with MasterChef: Professionals winner, Steven Edwards who wanted to capture ‘the refreshment of the gardens of England’.
