Amazing, service not so great

"These are amazing products however I was very disappointed in the service. Paid £11 to get next day delivery, waited in all day as I couldn’t track it and it never arrived. Waited in the following day just incase, knowing I paid for the next day still never arrived, after emailing them, yes they refunded my £11 however they promised me it would get delivered on Monday. So waited in yet again for it to arrive on Tuesday. I just think when they advertise or before 12noon for next day delivery at a cost and they can’t deliver that. They should not offer that service or at least contact you if there is a problem, I am not sure I will order from there again🥲"
