The summer flowers create a delicately crafted and beautifully smooth gin. You’ll smell hints of elderflower, wild bilberries and gorse. You’ll taste berries alongside the fresh, green flavours of bilberry leaf and the familiar pine of juniper. A finish of warming Szechuan pepper rounds off this elegant expression of summer.
