Very poor service

"Hi I have just received my parcel of 12 x 330ml tins of SALT Jute IPA, unfortunately see the attached photos they have been bashed about and some tins have blown. The way they have been boxed leaves a lot to be desired. I would like to know how to return these for a full refund. I sent this email to Threshers Thursday 1st Sept 2022 and I'm still waiting for a reply."
