Redbreast 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey 70cl

Redbreast 12 Year Old is a single pot still, triple distilled Irish whiskey. From Midleton distillery in Ireland, it is made from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in copper pot stills. The whiskey is finally matured in a combination of bourbon seasoned American oak barrels and Oloroso sherry seasoned Spanish oak butts, for a minimum of 12 years.

This resulting whiskey is full flavoured and complex; silky smooth with a harmonious balance of spicy, fruity, sherry and toasted notes. Its delightful flavour is balanced with a long and creamy finish. This made it winner of the 2019 International Wine & Spirits Competition (IWSC) Gold Outstanding and Worldwide Whiskey Trophy awards.
