Purity Mad Goose (4.2% ABV) is a zesty pale ale with a smooth and citrusy finish. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Caragold and Wheat malts, with Hallertau Northern Brewer bittering hops and Cascade and Willamette aroma hops. Winner of five awards. Watch out for the Goose, her hiss is far worse than her bite, though she might drive you clucking mad, underneath it all she’s not that bad. Mad Goose is best served with roast belly pork, buttered carrots and crispy black pudding.
