Limited to just 800 bottles of this is the inaugural bottling of our limited edition cask releases.  Specialist maturation is what gives this very exclusive Rum its deep flavour and bold, rich character. The Islay cask maturation add complexity, very rich fruity notes, with hints of smooth smokiness mellowing into the rich body of the dram .

NOSE: Rich fruit, wine gums and wood, fruity sweet aromas, very rounded and red wine gums, gentle very soft slight smoke, with some creamy toffee notes and coffee at the end

TASTE: Coffee, dark fruits, smoothness and good spirits coating in the mouth, toffee, wine with a slight touch of smoke, sweet and fruity, sharp and short spice on the tongue, finish of wood and pencil shavings with lingering sweeetness that continues and continues
