The quintessential Whiskey Sour, carefully created with Irish Whiskey, sharpened with lemon juice, sugar and bitters.
Method
Pour 140mls into a cocktail shaker, add ice, shake well, pour the contents of the shaker into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lemon/orange twist.
