"I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Threshers. An order placed as a Christmas gift was supposed to be delivered before Christmas, but it was not delivered to the recipient’s door despite someone being home. Instead, it appears the parcel was redirected to a pickup location without clear communication. Because this was a long-distance gift, the situation became stressful. Family members attempted to retrieve the parcel but were told a QR code was required, which was never provided. As of today, the order has still not been delivered, and I have received no clear explanation or resolution from customer support. This is especially disappointing as I have used Threshers in the past and had excellent service. Unfortunately, this experience has involved poor communication, lack of transparency, and no follow-up. What should have been a thoughtful Christmas gift turned into an unresolved issue."
