The Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage 2008, a sparkling wine from Champagne produced by Moët & Chandon made of pinot noir, pinot nero, pinot meunier and chardonnay of 2008.

2008 produced excellent wines not only in Champagne but in Bordeaux and across many Spanish wine regions. Moet’s release was probably more floral than most of their others, but this only brought added complexity with background juicy peach and nectarine notes. Showing exceptionally well now! Bright, pale-yellow with glimmers of green. Initial floral notes of linden, honeysuckle and acacia with citrus nuances give way to gently biscuity brioche, frangipane, almond and vanilla scents. This vintage is linear and focused, with an underlying acidity. The vibrant finish is mouth-watering, with a lingering note of citrus fruit.
