Wrong item sent and no contact from customer service

"When I placed my order the set of glasses from this were pictured as traditional gin glasses rather than the tumbler glasses now pictured. And my package arrived damaged as well which ripped through the outer box as well as the actual gift box itself. I contacted customer service through the email explaing this and provided photos and screenshots of my order as proof. However I never heard back from anyone at threshers even after sending a follow up email, it's been absolutly terrible customer service and still haven't heard back and it's been weeks. They only have contact via email and then don't answer and I've now seen similar reviews on trust pilot as well and wish I had seen it first. I would not reccomend you order anything from here as you will not recieve any help from threshers if something is wrong."
