The expression perfectly combines sweet lightness brought by these casks with depth and complexity from The Macallan’s renowned sherry seasoned American oak casks, to uncover a new, uniquely heightened flavour experience.

COLOUR - Golden oak and 100% natural

AROMA - Orange zest and oil, fresh vanilla and ginger with notes of fruit jellies and marzipan

PALATE - Fresh oak, gingerbread, vanilla custard and cinnamon

FINISH - Medium sweet with spiced fruit
