La Guita Manzanilla tastes crisp, dry, and refreshing, with a perfect balance of acidity. This wine is made from Palomino Fino grapes and is aged for five years under a layer of yeast called “flor” that forms on the wine’s surface. La Guita Manzanilla is best served chilled and is perfect as an aperitif or as a companion to shellfish, sushi, or salty snacks.
