This expression was initially matured in American oak casks before being finished in casks that previously held 30 year old Pedro Ximénez sherry.
- Nose: aromas of treacle cake, cooked apples and praline
- Mouth: black coffee, exotic fruits and crushed pepper.
- Barrel maturation: refined in former American white oak bourbon barrels and finished with a soft finish in carefully selected barrels
- With sherry pedro contents for 30 years from the same vineyard
