The harvest

1996 was a somewhat mixed year, an unsettled summer with not enough humidity to compensate for a lack of rain early on the season. In the end, the periods of the high heat in the months preceding the harvest led to the exceptional maturity of the harvest, which was marked by a rare balance of the power and acidity.
