Dark Matter Spiced Rhubarb Liqueur 50cl

This was their first experiment in creating a rum liqueur in the Dark Matter Lab. They looked at finding a new way of bringing together the established and well-loved flavour set of rum with fresh ginger, and adding tangy rhubarb into the equation.

Hands-on testing (and a fair bit of tasting) various levels of ginger and rhubarb resulted in a liqueur which balances tangy fruit with a confident spice note.

Their Rhubarb & Ginger Rum Liqueur is highly versatile in a variety of serves, from refreshing long drinks to concise sours, not to mention being downright delicious served over ice.
