Da Mhile Sole Gin 5cl - 

Dà Mhìle’s Sloe Gin (5 cl) is an organic, hedgerow-style liqueur made from a base of their farmhouse gin infused with fruit foraged from their own Ceredigion farm. It’s composed of blackberries, elderberries, damsons and wild sloes, macerated in a lightly spiced gin that features nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Compared to many sloe gins, it contains roughly half the usual sugar, allowing the natural fruit character and spice warmth to shine through without being overly sweet.

Bottled at 25 % ABV, this miniature pours a pale, translucent pink and offers a smooth, warming palate—initially fruity, then spiced by cinnamon and clove, with a gently drying finish. It’s delicious neat or over ice, but also works beautifully in simple highballs (plain tonic or lemonade with a blackberry garnish), “Sloegasm” Kir Royale twists, or in a winter “Sloe Days” martini and the farm’s own “Sloe Winter Warmer” cocktail
