Dà Mhìle Single Grain Welsh Whisky Miniature 5cl

Dà Mhìle’s Single Grain Welsh Whisky is the distillery’s first single-grain release since 2018. Crafted in their organic farmhouse distillery in rural Pembrokeshire, it is distilled from locally grown organic barley and part-aged in ex-Laphroaig casks, imparting a whisper of peat smoke to an otherwise light, smooth spirit. Bottled at 46% ABV, it showcases the distillery’s ethos of marrying traditional techniques with clean, natural flavours.

• Nose: Clean, gently peated smoke with a hint of orchard blossom and light spice. 

• Palate: Soft smoke gives way to sweet vanilla and orchard-fruit notes (think crisp apple), with a delicate touch of oak spice.

• Finish: Begins dry and brisk, then evolves into a salty-oak, driftwood character with a warming, lingering barley sweetness.
