Da Mhile Botanical Gin (5cl) is a handcrafted, organic Welsh gin produced at the Dà Mhìle Distillery in Ceredigion. This small-batch farmhouse gin is distilled using 17 to 20 botanicals, including juniper, peppermint, spearmint, liquorice, elderflower, chamomile, dandelion, clove, and rose petals.

• Palate: Begins with refreshing spearmint and peppermint, transitions into liquorice and warming spices, and concludes with floral notes of elderflower and chamomile.
