Late delivery poor customer service

"It was three days past the specified date to deliver. My uncle was in, and my auntie and the customer were rude and un apologetic. The customer said the guy tried, but the delivery guy did apologise when he had punctures on his tyre. However, the customer service said they tried three times, which was load rubbish. This 2nd time I encountered problem I will use whiskey exchange or tesco infuture. I'm not happy as it was for uncle birthday. I used rate Threshers as awesome not now very poor"
