The nose is very complex, highlighting red fruits and plums. The notes of spices, dried herbs and cocoa emphasise its noble character. Balanced, velvety and consistent, it has a complex profile that remains in the mouth. High quality wine selected for a long-lasting aging. The wine will develop for a short period of a maximum of 2 years. Its evolution will be completed in bottle.

Serving Suggestions: This Vintage can be enjoyed by itself but it goes equally well with 
cheeses and chocolate or red fruit desserts. A strong cigar can also be the ideal– accompaniment.

Notes: This type of wine tends to form sediment, so it must be carefully decanted before being served. It must be drunk on the day it is opened. Its organoleptic characteristics will change over time.
