Black Thistle Ruby Mist Gin 70cl
Their Red Mist Gin is delicate sweet; the initial mouth feel as smooth and creamy think subtle strawberries and cream framed by the sharpness of raspberry. As the gin progresses the strawberry fades, and the raspberry is accompanied by the traditional gin flavours mingled with peppery tones which leave the tongue and throat warm. It pairs great with the tonic that is low on lemon.
