A deep garnet red with enticing aromas of dark red fruit, this Californian Cabernet offers rich flavours of dried plums, Medjool dates, red currants and bright berries. Soft, rounded tannins lead to a smooth, lingering finish.

Sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards across California, including Lodi and Paso Robles, the blend includes touches of Petit Verdot and Petite Sirah. The cooling mountain fog helps preserve acidity and develop complex aromatics, while the 2019 vintage benefited from ideal weather conditions.

Aged partly in oak for six months after full malolactic fermentation, this wine is part of the Boisset Collection and is a tribute to California’s fog-kissed mountains and their unique viticultural influence.
