This wine is vibrant ruby in colour. On the nose there are concentrated aromas of forest fruits, hints of herbs and a lovely spiciness from the oak ageing. On the palate, it is smooth, rich and full-bodied, with elegant tannins providing structure and a lifted acidity carrying the flavours onto the long finish.

Versatile red

"2016 vintage received - past its best? I enjoyed drinking it anyhow. Perhaps not as fresh as a more recent vintage, but still had just enough spice and acid for me. Mainly black fruit though. Would go well with all sorts of food, or enjoyable on its own."
