However, the major exception is Cream liqueur but thankfully things have changed. There are now some great alternatives that taste as good as (or better than!) the real thing.

Dirty Cow Martini Expresso Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Dirty Cow Liqueur (Original or Chocolate)
• 40ml (single shot) espresso
• 25ml maple syrup – this is optional or can be replaced with sugar syrup.

METHOD

• Shaken in a cocktail shaker with ice. 
• Spice up your presentation with a sprinkle of coffee beans for that extra dash of sophistication!
