Choosing your Sherry Oak

The 12 Year Old (40% ABV) is the entry point and still the benchmark: dried fruit and candied citrus peel on the nose, raisins and ginger syrup on the palate, a long finish with oak and warming ginger. The Gift Tin version is our most popular whisky present.

The 18 Year Old (43% ABV) is the one collectors chase. Ginger, dates and dark chocolate over mature oak and raisin. Each year's release is bottled from a different set of casks, so no two years taste quite the same.
