A 2009 Tomatin single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail's Discovery series, matured in ex-bourbon oak and bottled in 2021. Aromas of honey, ripe pears and spring blossoms fill the nose, complemented by notes of melon, peach, vanilla custard, oak and dewy garden herbs throughout the palate.
