            Ingredients

            1 Sugar Cube
            10ml Vodka
            3 dashes Angostura bitters
            Chilled Champagne to top 

              Method:

              1. Place a sugar cube at the bottom of a champagne flute.
              2. Add a dash of Angostura bitters to the sugar cube.
              3. 10ml of vodka over the sugar cube.
              4. Top up the glass with chilled Champagne or sparkling wine.
              5. Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange twist.
              6. Optionally, you can gently stir the cocktail before serving to ensure the sugar cube is dissolved.

              6) Blushing Mimosa Cocktail Recipe

                • 10ml honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water, then cooled)
