This Belizean rum liqueur originates from Travellers Distillery in the heart of Belize City. Ruta Maya Coffee liqueur is made using Pacamara arabica coffee beans grown at a high-altitude of 1000 feet in Guatemala. The beans are roasted in Belize and pressed to extract the chocolatey, buttery-flavoured notes of coffee. Ideal for adding an extra layer of complexity to classic cocktails such as the Espresso Martini or White Russian.
