This Rum was distilled in 2012 by Trinidad Distillers, the sole remaining distillery in Trinidad and for nine years this Rum tropically aged in the warm humidity of Trinidad, which lies just off the coast of South America, in ex-Bourbon Whiskey casks, before it was shipped to the UK for a further three years of continental ageing in our much cooler temperate climate before it was bottled by House of Rum in 2023

Nose – Wonderful ripe pineapple, followed by tropical, exuberant fruity notes of mango reminiscent of a bustling Caribbean street market

Palate – Initial luscious caramel sweet sensation followed by opulent notes of sweet dates and currants. Smooth, with lingering smoky tobacco and malt loaf notes in the finish.
