The Macallan 18 Year Old Old Sherry Oak has been matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, specifically chosen for their bold and layered flavours. Once the clear spirit is distilled and added to the Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks it remains undisturbed for 18 years.
