The Brut Royal from Pommery is the symbol of this champagne house’s expertise. An elegant blend of around one third of each of the three great grape varieties of Champagne (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), the Brut Royal is composed of 40 different Crus.

Each year the cellar-master, Thierry Gasco, blends these different Crus to create this emblematic cuvee.

The Pommery Brut Royal is the palest of yellow with slight greenish glints. The nose is vivid and fresh with clear notes of citrus, white flowers and small red fruits. Opening with elegance and verve the palate echoes the small red fruits found on the nose, and offers suppleness, breadth and delicacy with good length. The final is clean, without any sensation of dryness in this champagne that never tires the palate.
