This champagne is delightfully aromatic and intense lending itself to accompaniment with richly flavoured dishes such as scallops and truffles lobster gratin and roast partridge or pheasant. To the eye Extra Age Brut is a vibrant straw yellow colour with fine bubbles. Aromas of fig winter pear and honey on the nose are combined with bready notes reminiscent of French pastries. On the palate it is full bodied and complex with a finale of finesse and freshness.
