  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and heat gently (do not boil).
  2. Let the flavours infuse for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve in heatproof glasses, garnished with an orange slice.

Peppermint White Russian

This creamy delight adds a minty twist to a cocktail classic. It’s perfect for getting extra cosy as the first frost approaches.

  • 50ml dark rum
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp unsalted butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
  • Hot water

Method:

  1. Mix butter, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mug.
  2. Add dark rum and top with hot water.
  3. Stir well and serve immediately.

Baileys Hot Chocolate

Excessive cossiness incoming with this Baileys Hot Chocolate – perfect recipe for evenings by the fire.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Baileys
  • 2 tsp hot chocolate powder
  • 100ml milk
  • Dollop of cream
  • Marshmallows

Method:

  1. Heat the milk gently in a pan or microwave until warm.
  2. Stir in the hot chocolate powder until smooth.
  3. Add the Baileys and mix well.
  4. Pour into your favourite mug and top with cream and marshmallows.
  5. For extra indulgence, drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle some cocoa powder.
