This is their ‘Bourbon Equivalent’ which they call Old Dog Corn Liquor – they produce a 68% corn, 16% wheat and 16% barley mash which, following fermentation is distilled by them in Hilda, their 1000 litre pot/column hybrid still and then matured in new American oak casks for around twelve months.
