The Black Sheep heritage is born of six generations brewing in Masham, Yorkshire. They make beer using the best quality ingredients and methods so when we decided to make a gin our approach was no different.

Their take on gin is a London Dry gin, with a classic blend of 14 botanicals but with a brewing twist – along with lemon zest and pink peppercorns, they added a dash of malt barley and Lemondrop hops. Their resulting Yorkshire Dry Gin is packed with juniper flavour, swiftly followed by bright bursts of citrus from the fruit and the hops. Perfect over ice with tonic and a twist of lemon.
