ETSU stands for ‘pleasure’ in Japanese. Etsu gin is made from a secret Asian recipe using several asian botanicals (Juniper berry, green bitter, orange and yuzu peel, coriander seed, angelica and licorice root) the yellow yuzu dominates this gin.

Nose – Floral & vegetal, notes of citrus and yuzu
Palate – Fresh with hints of green tea and juiper berries
Finish – Sansho pepper ending on yuzu notes
